For select metropolitan areas, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time. All other orders are shipped via overnight courier to ensure maximum freshness.

Absolutely. If your arrangement doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
